Check-in went well. At 10:15 am housekeeping opened the room checking if I had checked out even though check out is 11:0

I didn't like the fact that they the elevators did not work I did not like the fact that I did not have a room key the whole state the very whole state three days three nights I had no room key they had to let me in each time and I was locked outside in the cold waiting on them I feel as though they took my deposit and they kept it because I didn't like the fact that I was unsafe they took 50/50 and 50 for each day and said that it would be credited back to my card within 3 to 5 days when they told me when I checked in that I would get it the day I left every time I've ever stayed there I got it the day I left so I don't understand what the problem is I've stayed at this hotel for many many years and I give them a rating of zero the only thing good about that hotel is the cleaning people

I have stayed at this hotel for years and years ever since my daughter was 7 years old and she is 29 I came here they put me on the third floor the elevator did not work I am 58 years old I had to hook it up the steps three stories with my luggage which was a lot cuz I brought my daughter's Christmas presents no key to the door they did not give me a key to the door they said it was broke so I felt unsafe I got moved the next day to the first floor still no key I have to go to the front desk to get them to let me in every time I go to my room I think this is totally ridiculous and I would not stay there
