Negatives: The shower nor bath didn't work. There was no coffee maker. The 1st room I was given smelled like smoke.

Negatives: To small

Negatives: We came in and checked in on Friday. Bathroom had another persons feces splattered in the toilet, no toilet paper, and the fridge was full of gross liquid. The woman who came to clean the bathroom said that she would have to scrape out the fridge for it to be cleaned and she doesn’t have a scraper. Went to dinner came back late to take a shower barely any dribble of water coming from the shower. I went to sleep to call in the morning about the shower. We get up the next day, my mother in law had big bites all over her arms and was up itching all night and shower still didn’t work. Called the desk to tell them all this and said i need a refund for the night and a new room the response from the property manager was exactly “I will not give you back a single dime that’s 100% the shower is not broken i sell the room out 365 days a year”. I tell him to come check the shower no one ever comes. I call OYO corporate experience line and they call him when he tells them I’ll just have to wait till after 11 for a new room to be cleaned and available. I was here from Florida on vacation trying to see the sights but couldn’t. No one from the hotel ever came to check anything or inform us of a room change. We left a day early. When calling OYO again for a refund the management there says the property owner denied it because there was nothing wrong with the shower and everything was just fine with my stay. Out 220 dollars to stay one night in a disgusted poorly maintained poorly run dump motel. NEVER EVER EVER STAY HERE UNLESS YOU WANT NOTHING BUT A HASSLE. Management is just as disgusting as the rooms and facilities.

Negatives: BEDS... BATHROOM was rotting in the shower

Negatives: Dirty rooms ,hadn't changed the sheets on the beds, was nasty had to go get clean sheets from office and do it myself. You could see the hair and lint and specks of filth and pee stains also from previous guest.

Negatives: When we arrived,the guy who was working was pulling put and hollered there was no vacancy..i told him we had a reservation..the guy who he was riding with took off spinning gravel when he got out.Our room had not been cleaned..we didn't even use the shower,it was disgusting.the sink was dirty,the bed had animal hair on the sheets,the refrigerator had spilled food in it.if we had not of brought our own linens and pillows we absolutely would not have stayed...would not recommend

Negatives: The beds were hard, parking lot is a little small, someone kept playing drums all night long. Finally stopped around 3 am.

Negatives: Was very dirty and nasty and though we didn't mind doing it we had to change our own sheets and housekeeping

Negatives: Booked a king room with smoking. Was told at office none available. This trip was booked months ahead. Got a queen non smoking . Room needed vacuumed roach trap on floor in bathroom roach bait on walls hair dryer was broken.

Negatives: Dirty tubs and the smell of cigarette smoke in the bathroom wasn't great. I needed a coffee pot!!!

Negatives: Toilet over flowed wouldn’t flush rooms are run down

Negatives: The was non smoking but it reeked of smoke, it was not clean, there was moldy food in microwave, stains on towels and sheets, it could have been maintained better. It was really hot, the filter in the window unit was filthy so we had to clean it ourselves to get the room to cool down.

Negatives: The commode in the first room was plugged up and almost over flowed. We had to change rooms. The next room was not clean. The tub was dirty and there was trash on the bath room floor. The sheets looked dirty.

Negatives: The beds was hard no tv comade wouldn’t flush there were bugs in shower shower was not good barely had water coming out of it bugs was in bottom of shower
