There was 2 roaches that I killed. One in the bathroom and one on the sink. The shower in the bathroom was grungy and unkept. There was no free breakfast like it was advertised. They only had coffee and granolia bars. Exposed vents in the room. Key cards did not work half the time.

The room was very disappoint, especially after working a wedding on my feet for 14 hours.

It's hard to say what went well, so much was wrong..

Our room reeked of cigarette smoke when we arrived, we could barely sleep and left the next day feeling sick. There were large cockroaches under both beds, the sinks, and chairs. The light in our room was broken, so we had to use flashlights. There was no one at the desk to complain to or have these problems addressed. It was quite literally the dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at.

Traumatic and infuriating at midnight finding another place to stay
Positives:
It was very adorable and was the only place available in that area as we were traveling through. The staff behind the counter were very kind and helpful. We were so tired after 12 hours of travel and just needed to sleep.
Negatives:
While the room was decent, the bathroom needed a good scrub and the bathtub looked very dirty; the back of the bathroom door also needed to be cleaned and it looked like someone had smeared something on the back. The chain lock on the door was also backward and not very effective so we slept with a chair in front of the door.

Beautiful view of the sunrise coming over the mountains. Great location, friendly staff. Quiet area. Room clean and up kept. Very clean linens and nice cushy beds!
Negatives:
Slight smell of urine after I had turned on the heater/fan. That went away after a bit tho.

When we arrived at 7pm we discovered they did not reserve a non smoking room for us and only had a smoking room left . This was not acceptable and we had to leave and travel down the road to find another.

First room had roaches run out from under the ac unit when I turned it on. They moved me to another room and it’s was dirty. Flies in the bathroom with a leak in the ceiling. There was dirt next to the beds. The shower knob fell off and there was a bottle of soap from another guest. The lock on the door was broken. The front office said they would refund my payment and the manager would call me when he came in. . He did not call me back. I called 2 days later and they said they would only refund $42. I would not recommend.

The room has no microwave, no coffee machine. Little fridge barely kept anything cold. Before arriving I bought microwavable food not knowing they hadn't any, and the front desk lied and said they'd provide one since I booked multiple days and then they switched staff and no one knew what I was talking about so we didn't get any. So I left that next morning. Room was so dirty as well.

For the price of the rooms, this hotel was very clean. At least, our rooms were. The bedding was nice. The pool was lovely and clean. If you are just looking for somewhere to lay your head down (and swim), this was a great value!!

More options for the "breakfast" they offered. But again, for the price, you can't expect much.

Didn't look like the picture, no microwave, tv didn't didn't work for the whole stay, roaches in the room, wasn't the cleanest, dead bugs all around outside, bed wasn't very comfortable, no elevator! I was not happy at all, needed a weekend getaway from my weekend getaway!

Mold all over the bathroom walls and the ceiling the ceiling was actually falling down in the bathroom pieces of it fell on my wife while she was showering they didn't have towels washed for people who wanted them and the guy at the desk was not a nice person the pool was filthy with things floating in it it was a terrible experience I would never stay there again very very un satisfied I will be speaking with someone to about a refund

The people were rude I ask for a 1st floor room because I am handicapped instead they put me one the second floor also the room was dirty and black stains all in the bath tub so I couldn't bare to take a shower I washed off in the sink
