Pets are always welcomed guests! A maximum of two pets are allowed in each suite. A $25 (+ tax) per day, per pet non-refundable cleaning fee for the first six (6) nights. Each day thereafter is a $10 non-refundable fee (+tax) per day, per pet. The first seven (7) nights are payable the first night of your stay and is charged at check-in. Service animals will be exempt from this charge. Height and length restrictions apply: pets can be no longer than 36 inches and no taller than 36 inches.

Positives: The second room I was transferred to. It was a familiar room!
Negatives: The first room given to me rm 236 key door pad didn't work. The staff kept saying the key pad freeze at a certain temperature. Prevent guests from entering certain rooms. They eventually switched my room on the second night I believe. I didn't like how nonchalant the first lady was. Knowing that room door was a issue! Room 230 was great!

Positives: There was NOTHING to like about this hotel. There were roaches, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom causing a hole. The carpet was filthy. The A/C units filter needs to be changed. Due to the mold I had a headache all night long and didn’t sleep. The hallways were filthy with dirt, spiderwebs, cigarette butts, and trash. The elevator was dirty abandoned smelled of urine. Or maybe that was the hallway? Who knows. This place needs to be blown up and redone. It is awful. And don’t get me started about the sketchy people hanging around outside. Never felt safe. If I could give 0 stars I would. Never again?!!

Positives: The air conditioner worked.
Negatives: No housekeeping service for the entire 28 days. The luggage trolley was broken when I arrived & still broken when I left. Tv cable went out nearly every day. Water was turned off 3 times to repair broken water pipes.
