Friendly staff, nice clean and comfortable room, and good location.
Negatives:
Only thing I can say might be a negative was we went to the pool, and there was a group of about 10 kids with no parental supervision and they were running around and acting like feral animals otherwise it was a great stay

The staff attempted to rectify the problem we had with the room (moved to another room and offered breakfast vouchers) and were very apologetic.
Negatives:
Dead roach in doorway, burnt marks on carpet, and peeling paint on ceiling in original room given.
The next room they moved us to was good. Went downstairs to the restaurant the morning after our first night stay and ordered an omelette for breakfast. Staff mentioned the cook was upset for having to take extra orders. I ended up getting sick (possible food poisoning) after eating the omelette (did not eat anything else after the omelette breakfast and before getting sick) and spent the rest of our anniversary weekend and hotel stay in bed. That was disappointing because we had plans to go out and enjoy the area.
The second morning my husband got me toast from the restaurant and there was a gnat in my container of toast.
