Motel 6 Newport News VA – Fort Eustis

Negatives: No amenities. Filthy rooms. No towels. Unsafe conditions with broken furniture littering the stairs.Staff entered room without warning. Very creepy.

Negatives: The room was not ready when I arrived (3:15 pm) When I did get in the room (after 4 p), The toilet had "stuff" in it and couldn't flush. I was placed in another room.

Negatives: Location was bad, bed wasn't made on check in, door was actually open prior to me getting into room, toilet was clogged with toilet paper floor In bathroom was falling apart walls were gross. For less than 15 more dollars I could have just stayed at red roof which is much better than this place.

Negatives: Furniture and boxes everywhere outside and blocking room, had to walk on top of discarded furniture to get in and out of room. No coffee or service as sign in lobby advertised. Had to ask for toilet paper daily. No towels or washcloths provided without asking and didn't always get them even if you asked. No housekeeping during stay. Loud socializing and drinking outside door until dawn and drilling and banging during the day. Staff entered room several times without announcing. Mopped floor twice myself to keep feet from sticking to the floor and room was absolutely filthy. Door had exposed wires.
