We had 7 kids enjoying the heck out of the pool. The staff made sure we had towels to use in the pool area.
Negatives:
The only negative thing was the breakfast. It was clean but it needed to be restocked with plates and forks and we couldn't find anyone to get any. We had 3 rooms and people in other rooms were a problem which I know is not the hotels fault. I wish people were a little respectful of others. The kids were exposed to a very loud "sexual" act that could be heard in the hallway. One of the kids thought a woman was being beaten until the mom figured out what it was..Also people next door had kids knocking on the door and scaring my great grandkids. I told management and he did apologize for it. Didn't blame but people need to respect their surroundings better.

I was very disappointed that I booked through the Choice Reservation Agent needing pet friendly and confirmed with her that this was a pet friendly facility. Late night arrival after 6 hours of driving we had to make other arrangements since dogs were not welcome. Better communication throughout the organization is a must.
