Negatives: The facility was dirty and smelled, and the staff were indifferent, not welcoming at all. I was never contacted when I turned in my concerns.

Positives: The bed was comfortable enough. There were burn marks in the bed though.

Negatives: The location was horrible. As soon as we pulled in the parking lot before we even put the car in park, there was a person that came up to the window and asked if we had a cigarette. Walking into the building, it smelled like weed, but so do a lot of places anymore. The lady at the desk wasn't mean, but wasn't pleasant by any means. Our room was ok. I mean, you get what you pay for, so it was ok for the price. We went to get food, and there were people sleeping on the sidewalks. Then we were woken up at 3am to 6 police cars, an ambulance, and a firetruck in the parking lot. I have not felt so uneasy or nervous in a hotel. The morning lady, however, was very nice.
