There was damage to the refrigerator and the ceiling had obvious water damage. Additionally, the staff was a little rude. Often on their phones or active personal calls when I was asking for something.

Someone who was not a welcomed visitor came looking for me and was able to get information on my reservation and was sent up to find me without my permission which I feel was very dangerous.

My reservation was given away. I have nevered had that happen to me ever before. I came to the hotel around 1am. Due to me having a medical emergency and had to leave New Jersey a little late in the afternoon. Only to come to Virginia, and be told, my reservation was given away. Because they over booked!! It was horrible! Luckily, I was able to get a hotel somewhere else. I will never stay, or consider staying here again.

Kelsely, the gentleman at the front, was the only one working with a lobby fill of guest with no rooms available. The manager came out saw and went back no help at all. We were given a room that was not clean and another guest was given a room with someone already in there.
