Each time I stay because of the 4 star rating thinking they must have finally gotten done with all the remodeling construction. Each time I am disappointed to find this is not true. In addition, what once was a nice restaurant in the hotel, is now gone.

In renovation, only 1 elevator in service, moving furniture boxes in the only elevator delayed use (I had a cart with materials & was unable to use the stairs), emergent hotel wide water repair caused a water cut off from 11:30-1:30.
