Hotel was very clean and attractive. Our king suites with sofa beds were very spacious. The rooms had two sinks, both of which were outside of the toilet room, which made it easy for four people to share a bathroom.

Breakfast was fine. Location was fine. Ambert was hillarious and and nice. We really enjoyed talking with her each day.
Negatives:
Some individuals brought their dogs into the seating area during breakfast and fed them food from the kitchen area. These are not official service animals. I am a dog owner and I don't understand why they feel it is fine to bring your dogs, both small and large in this case, into the dining area and feed them from the breakfast bar. The clerk behind the desk was in full view of this and there was one hotel staff person, giving directions to another staff person, near this and in full view of the large dog in the area who said nothing and simply walked away.
My last comment is regarding handicap parking by the side entrance. There are 3 spots of which only 1 has a sign and worn blue stripes and barely visible wheel chair silhoutte. The 2 spots on either side of the posted sign are designated as handicap parking. However, both have no sign, slightly visible blue stripe, and slightly visible wheel chair sihlouette. I saw staff parking in one of those spots as well as construction trucks. Neither had a handicap license plate or tag posted. I mentioned this to those individuals and they just continued walking away.

Them staff was really comforting the location was great down from the outlets. The room itself was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was extremely quiet and tranquil. Would definitely visit again without question.

The couch wasn't eye level with the TV and the air conditioner you really couldn't feel because it wasn't in a position to where you could feel it throughout the room unless you were directly under it. Overall not bad tho.
