Negatives: This booking was for a guest with an early morning flight out of Norfolk (ORF), VA. Upon checking in, we were informed that the shuttle was not available and told to call UBER ourselves. They would not arrange transportation to the airport. Your ad says "Transportation available to the Airport." Maybe it should have said "under most conditions."

Negatives: Overall, a little too spartan. Some complimentary waters or other beverages in our room would have been nice or a self-serve bar and snacks would have been a welcome addition.
