Negatives: The sink was not inside the bathroom but outside the bathroom in the bedroom. This prevented you from washing your hands before leaving the bathroom.

Negatives: Breakfast was terrible Nikita front desk was on her phone talking the entire time and she did not assist with my checkout as requested she ignored me and i didn’t receive a receipt . I checked my bank statement and I’m being charged an extra $50 for my stay Nikita said it should return right back to my card but so far it’s still a charge on my card

Positives: The staff was very nice and helpful.
Negatives: I’ve stayed in La Quinta properties many times over the years and have never had an issue. Overall this property was very worn and NOT clean. It was quite obvious that the room had not been vacuumed in quite some time and I question whether the sheets had been changed as I found hairs on the outside of the top sheet. The mattress was very soft, the sound barrier between the rooms was poor. The HVAC system was noisy. This property was definitely NOT worth the almost $250/night price for two very sleepless nights. The front desk staff was wonderful.

Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: We booked 2 rooms and the hotel did not have 2 rooms for us!! It was a total disappointment. The staff said that changed our reservation to 1 room. Our daughter from Denver arrived and the hotel did not have a room for her!! Such a huge problem!! No room at the inn.
