Negatives:
They can't transfer the call when they are on the phone, it takes a long time to answer. One receptionist Anisha (I think) was very nice the others need customer service skills and they talk to much about their personal lives during work hours for others to hear.

Extremely weak water in the faucet. Unmainted bathtub with peeled of paint, weak water in shower. No shampoo.

Other than wishing there was more wash cloths and towels in the room, there was nothing to complain about.

The location we thought was good. Turned out to be horrible and made us feel unsafe.
Negatives:
The location was questionable and one of us was asked if we would like some company..... The room for us was unlocked and someone was sleeping in the bed. The key to the second room wouldn't work. The bathroom was dirty, hair still in the drain. A vagrant sleeping under a tree in plain site. Not a pleasant stay at all!!!!!
