The pull out bed was absolutely horrible that the springs were pretty much visible and we had to ask for pillows and blankets for it when we had booked the room for 5 guests. They couldn't give us pillows but we did get a blanket.

Positives:
My room was spacious. Also it's in an area that has plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance, many of which are just across the parking lot. Breakfast was good.
Negatives:
The description says there is a whirlpool, but after asking staff I was told that there are rooms with a whirlpool tub which I could have booked (at a higher price). The amenities need renovation, especially the gym which had broken cardio equipment.
