I traveled from CA to attend a funeral. There was a very nice lady at the desk when I arrived on Thursday night was very pleasant. Room size was good.

I traveled from CA to attend a funeral. There was a very nice lady at the desk when I arrived on Thursday night. However, the lady at the counter on Saturday morning that refused to check me out a day early was not helpful, was rude. She told me I was not supposed to check out until Sunday. I told ger due to the tropical storm my family that drove in from West Virginia had to leave so there was no reason for me to stay another night to please CHECK ME OUT. She refused again, told me to take it up with manager on Monday. Terrible customer service from her. The breakfast was terrible, I eat a lot of eggs, a lot and the eggs served were rubbery and tasted terrible. The pancakes just taste like flower also terrible. Safe route was toast. I picked this facility specifically because it had free breakfast.
