Staffing was friendly and helpful when we requested services
Negatives:
-Hotel was next to police station and police officers would test their police sirens every day at 6 AM.
- Swimming pool was freezing cold
-Breakfast was frozen bought and rewarmed
-You can hear airplanes take off and land
-Traffic was horrible and can hear cars rubbing the engine when accelerating
-Someone hit the light post and next day another person park their car and stole the post light. No one did anything about it.

Breakfast was wonderful! The room was clean, ready for us and very nice. I really liked the suite with the kitchen. Plenty of power outlets. The elevator smells amazing and clean. Staff was very helpful.
Negatives:
We had to send down for bedding for the sofa bed because there were 5 of us. There also were only 4 towels and wash clothes. I put that there were 5 of us on my reservation, so it would have been nice to already have what we needed in the room. However, I called down to the staff and they brought what we needed ASAP, so I'm grateful for that!

Everything was good. We came to celebrate our Aunt's 75th birthday! The staff was great and made sure we had everything we needed. Our aunt was very happy and had a wonderful time with the family. We danced, had food, and socialized.

The room size was large and the beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was good - very close to the airport.

The shower head was AWFUL. I literally had trouble getting the shampoo out of my hair because the water pressure was so low and the shower head was trickling water out like a fine mist, even when I switched the settings. The other guests on our floor were there to party. They were yelling in the hallways until after midnight.
