Fitness center weights were missing. Very loud noise on the street. Waffle iron broken. Expensive parking of $18 which was not disclosed until check in. Should’ve had a stamp system that parking is free if you stay at the hotel

I requested a 2 bedroom suite for Valentine’s Day. My sister in law and I planned this event for months and the day of the event we were given an ADA Accessible room. The original suite we requested had an oven and that was the biggest inconvenience for the room we received. We told the front desk and they told us we would have to wait for an hour because the room was not ready and they just gave us a room because we showed up for check in ON TIME. I booked in the app and even put in what time I was checking in which was the official check in time. The night was good but we literally had to redo our whole diner because we didn’t have an oven.
