we were there @11:00PM 2/10/25 but could not check in. The hotel let us know that our reservation has been canceled. They claimed they emailed us a cancellation email on 2/8 but we never received it. I checked my spam/junk/inbox but never found such email. It was almost midnight but we had nowhere to go :( Not sure if they communicate with Booking.com about the cancelation since I keep receiving email from Booking.com to confirm my stay etc. This was a horrible experience, This was the first time we use Booking.com but maybe it is our last.
