Guests decided to have loud conversations in the hallway after 10:30 p.m. so it was a good thing I was so tired or I would have given them a piece of my mind
Also not a fan of the squeeze bottles for soap shampoo conditioner because someone who has hand dexterity problems cannot squeeze hard enough to get it out of the bottles

My phone was stolen and no one is willing to help after calling them over 10 times, they refer me to a manager who's phone is set to voicemail. I just need to recover my phone but no one is helping, me looking at CCTV footage will help me sort this out, or at least get closure. Do we have thieves at the property? Maybe? I don't know, if we check we can find this out. Otherwise other customers have to be careful with their personal property on this premise

After driving for 9 hrs check in was great. We’ve stayed at several and found it comfortable
Negatives:
No microwave. No coffee maker. No cold water-just lukewarm. Ice maker tray looked disgusting and continental breakfast gave no good choices for celiacs like myself Very expensive beverage choices. Had trouble with Wi-Fi was unable to sign in. Very limited channels
