The property was In an amazing location, just minutes away from everything I needed. And I like the bar/restaurant.
Negatives:
The water drained slowly in the shower, the toilet flushed very slowly, I had to hold the handle down to get a complete flush.

I didn't like the fact that I had to have my room changed because there was a couple of bugs on the bed. I took a picture and it was a bed bug. I called downstairs and they said that they would change my room but after I waited for them to come up they didn't come so I went downstairs and got the room key. The room was across from my original room and the top drawer was missing and the cushion in one of the chairs was split. The next nightI had to call downstairs because the heat had went off and wouldn't come back on. About 10 minutes later it came on and someone came to my room and said that they had to do something to the breaker to get it to work again.

I couldn't believe that I was charged a $15 per day charge for an unsecured parking lot. Moreover, once you parked in the unsecured lot you had to walk up over 20 steps to return to the lobby to take the elevator to your room on the 6th floor. The only thing that didn't compel me to checkout after the first night and spend the next day at another hotel was the awesome and remarkable service of Ms. Debra Henry, the front desk attendant!!
