Negatives: Provide instructions on parking including unloading at the main entrance since its self-parking. This will save people from having to carry luggage up the stairs. Rooms need upgrading a/c was loud, old toilets and showers. Out of amenities toothpaste.

Negatives: No dressers

Negatives: The hours posted for the restaurant were different from what they actually stayed open. We felt rushed to leave at 8:45 on a Saturday night. Didn’t get half the food we ordered. Bartender/waitress was rude. Don’t have a pool view like description stated. Instead a grungy looking roof top.

Negatives: There was basically a frat party in the hall and surrounding rooms on our last night. Every time I asked the desk for something I'd have to come back later to retrieve it or they didn't have it at all. Ie. A forgotten toiletry, clean towels

Negatives: It didn't have enough handicap accessible doorways. It smelled like smoke as they let the guess smoke right outside the front door. The room walls were paper thin. I could hear through the wall and unable to sleep as the guest next door talked all night. The cleaning staff didn't come to change out dirty towels.

Negatives: Our double room was not what I expected for the amount of money we paid for two nights One of the beds had hair on the comforter The AC never worked properly…maintenance did clean out the filters …still did not do its work We tossed and turned all night long as it was hot and very musty in the room No circulation in the room and bathroom The shower walls had spit on the walls seem like someone spit and was not scrubbed down Their were yellow lines running down wall underneath the lavatory sink The door knob to the entrance of bathroom had a hole in it The closet door had no lock on it stayed open the entire stay The lamp on the desk was rusted Everytime we walked out of the room all you can smell was weed The bartender at the hotel lobby took forever to tend to us or bring us our drinks as she was to busy tending to other customers It was just a horrible stay and experience

Negatives: Toilet seat was very loose. The sink faucet did NOT have a washer in it, so the water came out so fast that it splashed everything.

Negatives: Weed smell in the hallway. The ramp to parking is very narrow.

Negatives: They did not thoroughly and properly go through the reservation process, charged my card twice, then held my deposit over a week after my stay.

Negatives: Everything in the room was in poor condition. The bathroom door would not close properly. The top drawer of the dresser hung open. Furniture was chipped.
