Front desk clerk did her very best with our reservation. She is obviously dealing with cheapskate management. The hotel is in a good location and is close to several restaurants. Breakfast and wifi connection were good.

First room we were given had not been cleaned. The second room was absolutely disgusting - the stench of mold when we opened the door was overpowering and I saw the filter on the AC/heating unit was white with mold & dust. The 3rd room was better but..

Nothing. I was shown 3 rooms all had cigarette burns on the tubs...stink bugs were everywhere, and hair was in multiple areas. Also, food was left in one of the fridges.

I loved the facilities, breakfast was real nice. The beds were ok motel was clean. Nice visitors and staff. Very convenient area.
Negatives:
Staff a lot of times forgot to bring the same number of rags and towels back to me. Also the price rate kept going up every other day once pool closed and eventually got too expensive.
