The room was infected with cockroaches (the small variety) as well as other crowlers and the receptionist tried to tell me my online payment was declined while I did not receive any message from my bank saying so

The price and that it is pet friendly. The front desk man was polite as well.
Negatives:
Too many people live here and they get up at 5 in the morning and are super loud. Loud music in the early mornings. Cleanliness was eh.. there was someone's fake eye lashes in the bathroom floor and there wasn't any toilet paper, however the front desk provided it to me upon asking.
