Customers left trash in the parking lot. Needs better monitoring by staff, The smell of smoke is a nuisance due to some of the rooms being smoking rooms. Guests should not be able to smoke in any of the rooms.

The location was perfect and the room was relatively comfortable.

This hotel is a joker, I know the prices aren't expensive, but I think cleanness is just a basic thing that every hotel must have, like how can you not afford to hire a cleaning company or more staff to keep the bedrooms clean. I found hairs on the bed, used paper in the bathroom, bedbugs and MORE! this place is just disgusting. I would rather sleep in my car than staying at this place again.

This place is absolutely disgusting!! We got to the hotel room and the smell throughout the whole building was enough to make you sick!! The room looked like it had been kicked in. The linen on the beds were filthy!! Theres not way those have ever been cleaned.The AC in the room was leaking on the floor, which they had to have know about because they had a towel on the floor which had bugs all over it!! The headboards....they probably haven't been cleaned since the place open. Hand prints & some sort of fluid stains all over them. The toilet was leaking and all you could smell was urine. The bathroom door also took a good beating as well. Looked like that had been kicked in as well. The curtain rod in the tub was holding on by a thread with holds in the wall. The dresser/nightstand doors were ripped off the front. Wall sockets just hanging out of the wall. We were in that room for maybe 5 minutes. Just long enough to find another hotel somewhere else. Im telling you do not stay at this hotel!! Honestly I cant believe booking.com even has them on their site to rent from because its an absolute health hazard!! Disgusting!! And not to mention no resolution was even offered when we went to the front desk. So not only am I out the money I paid for that foul hotel PLUS at midnight when we arrived from our 8 hour drive I had to pay for an additional hotel because of how deplorable the hotel was. Do better booking.com!!
