It smells musty and like mold as soon as you enter the hotel. Our room door didnt shut right. We had to kind of lift the door the close it. I did not feel safe there at all.

The location was right off the freeway and was a very easy check in process.

I believe I had contracted bed bugs here as my legs were covered in bites. Red circles that were very obviously bed bugs unfortunately.

The location of this hotel and the staff working there were phenomenal. The breakfast was great, as well.

There were numerous cleanliness issues in the bathroom and room (hairs, urine, toothpaste spit, dirty faucet, several lights-hair dryer-outlets not working, no facial tissue and clothes from a previous guest were found behind the furniture. Not clean.

Rooms were unclean smelled horrible. Was promised pool and hot tub. This site had neither and hasnt for three years. That alone would have caused me to not book. Had to pay 286 for one night thencfind another hotel at last minute. Ughhhhh
