The staff were so accommodating and work so hard, multi-tasking. They were all friendly and wanted to do everything possible to make sure we were ok. The location off the main road in and out of town is great. 24 hour Reception is useful. Good car parking.
Negatives:
Our admittedly cheap room was a bit tired. The bathroom especially. There is no communal area for spending time out of your room, just the armchairs in the lobby, but that might be true of all American hotels? Breakfast was just about ok - 3 cereals, 3 juices, toast, scrambled egg and sausage patties. Good value though I guess. And there were teabags which is a big plus for British travellers (although not in the room - only an incomprehensible coffee machine).

Couldn’t find the hotel because the sign was hidden by overgrown trees. Coffee machine in room was broken in room. No plug in bathroom sink. Breakfast was mediocre. TV program selection was terrible .

We liked the complimentary breakfast. We also liked that Dove soap was provided. The staff were nice and we were able to stay near where we were going. They also let us check in a little earlier since there was a room available. I really appreciated that since we had just come off a long ride.

I didn't like that once we walked into the hotel, in the breezeway, there was a strong aroma and our room didn't have a pleasant smell. The toilet was loose and too short. I'm a short person. I felt like I was going to fall every time I went to sit down. I wish that the television were a smart TV so that I could log into my streaming channels.
