And then didn't get it back, all I did was sleep in the bed nothing was touched it used, I want my deposit back for that it sucked , indoor pool was freezing and hot tub was freezing that was only reason I choose that place to start

The hotel was VERY run down. The hotel and the room smelled like mildew. The ad advertised breakfast was prepackaged bagels and cereal and they ran out of coffee. The outside of the building is falling apart and the rooms are very outdated.

Great pool and hot tub. Front desk service was good. Location decent. Beds decently comfy.

Daily Maid service was less than average. Had to ask for towels daily and ask them to change my trash when full. Overall clean but the carpet was sticky

Well our sheets looked dirty and was stained on both beds, also the same for the other room I reserved. neither fridge worked pool was pretty just by looks but the water was like ice the board said 75 degrees but no my goosebumps, goosebumps said girl get out before u die of hypothermia. Hot tub was warm but really stained and we were just warming up and noticed it's not just stained but really dirty, nasty it was just gross we spent more time out in our car then in the rooms

No handicap was available because it was reserved for Saturday even though I stayed on Friday. Also, breakfast was supposed to be available and there were no breakfast only coffee and juice. I also packed to use the pool and the pool room was very dark no lights and smelled funny. The beds slid every time you sat on them. The towels were very small when you took a shower. I also feel like someone came in the room when we were not there due to the TV being cut off when I left it on when I left my room. Very disappointing. Not mention it was a huge thing on the comforter.

The lobby and breakfast area were really nice. Making you think the rooms would be too. Room outdated, needs new carpet et . Room had a musty mildew smell. .

Pool was closed for weather ( was raining outside but it was an inside pool) anyway, the next morning, tried to go swimming before we checked out still not open. I asked the front desk and they said they just weren't opening it. .

Plain breakfast but thanks to Covid that’s kinda the new normal pillows go completely flat shower pressure leaves you feeling like you still have soap on you I got woke up twice by loud guests early am hours but (not the hotels fault) just saying the elevator is small and a little sketchy, room 210 the continuous fan button doesn’t work on the AC I use that to drowned out noise prob why I kept hearing everything

Not much. The fireplace in the lobby was nice

The corridor to the rooms had a bad order, sort of musty-mildew smell. We were in room 108. The room was run down and dismal. There were paint patches on the walls. The curtains were tattered and ripped. The sink and toilet were oddly short but it had a regular tub so it clearly was not a handicapped accessible unit. The shower had a tiny showhead that only allowed for 3 little streams of water to come out. I could not even wash my hair. I would have just as soon slept i my car. There breakfast was sorely lacking. No cereal, no fruit, no milk or juice.
