I had to make a$100 deposit, for what!?!?
And then didn't get it back, all I did was sleep in the bed nothing was touched it used, I want my deposit back for that it sucked , indoor pool was freezing and hot tub was freezing that was only reason I choose that place to start

The location was good and that’s all!
Negatives:
The hotel was VERY run down. The hotel and the room smelled like mildew. The ad advertised breakfast was prepackaged bagels and cereal and they ran out of coffee. The outside of the building is falling apart and the rooms are very outdated.

Great pool and hot tub. Front desk service was good. Location decent. Beds decently comfy.
Negatives:
Daily Maid service was less than average. Had to ask for towels daily and ask them to change my trash when full. Overall clean but the carpet was sticky

Breakfast was shut down completely by 9:45. The staff was very rude about it and there was no coffee available.

Well our sheets looked dirty and was stained on both beds, also the same for the other room I reserved. neither fridge worked pool was pretty just by looks but the water was like ice the board said 75 degrees but no my goosebumps, goosebumps said girl get out before u die of hypothermia. Hot tub was warm but really stained and we were just warming up and noticed it's not just stained but really dirty, nasty it was just gross we spent more time out in our car then in the rooms

No handicap was available because it was reserved for Saturday even though I stayed on Friday. Also, breakfast was supposed to be available and there were no breakfast only coffee and juice. I also packed to use the pool and the pool room was very dark no lights and smelled funny. The beds slid every time you sat on them. The towels were very small when you took a shower. I also feel like someone came in the room when we were not there due to the TV being cut off when I left it on when I left my room. Very disappointing. Not mention it was a huge thing on the comforter.

The lobby and breakfast area were really nice. Making you think the rooms would be too. Room outdated, needs new carpet et . Room had a musty mildew smell. .

Room outdated. New carpet needed i. Rooms etc. Room had musty mildew smell. A ton of hauls out front ( think they had a haul rental business as well. Pool was closed for weather ( was raining outside but it was an inside pool) anyway, the next morning, tried to go swimming before we checked out still not open. I asked the front desk and they said they just weren't opening it. .
