The staff was very nice, and we liked the room. Just remodeled, and was very functional!
Negatives:
Breakfast not the best. The raisin bran cereal was very stale. Couldn't eat it. Orange juice at the juice machine was empty for the 3 days we were there. Coffee machine would not dispense decaf coffee, even though there was a clearly marked button for it
Positives:
The staff was amazing! The two younger gentlemen at the front desk were so friendly. They also always greeted us when we would come in and out. The location was also quiet which was great. The breakfast was also clean and pretty good.
Negatives:
Our sheets had dried blood on them. Our bathroom also had dried blood on the floor. No handsoap in the bathrooms and it overall just felt very stuffy and dirty. Such a shame since the staff are great.

The closeness of the stores and restaurants.The beds were comfortable.
Negatives:
The sink in the kitchen backed up when we ran water in it. The handles and door to the bathroom were very sticky. We had to slam the door to the room in order for it to lock and the key barley unlocked the door...The microwave smelled sour..There was a lot of residue buildup on the shower head. I saw housekeeping use the same cloth that she wiped the ac unit down with go and wipe the phone in the room off, the tables and microwave. There were long strings of hair in the sheets.
