Candlewood Suites is pet friendly! Pets weighing less than 80 pounds are welcome. A non-refundable pet fee will be charged to the guest’s account upon check-in based upon the length of stay -- 6 nights up to $75, 7+ nights up to $150. Proper medical certification specifying that all vaccinations are up to date must be available upon request. Pets may be left unattended in your room. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the room, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.

They let trash bags pile up in hallways causing the whole floor to stink . It smells horrible as soon as you step off the elevator. Staff is very difficult, a lot of times no one was at the desk. Snack room is never stocked. Laundry room has multiple machines out of order. House keeping is not frequent enough.

Awesome manager, nice people at the desk!But the room was very, very dirty, the sheets was dirty, the carpet is awful, the bathroom is disgusting,toilets are yellow and the room is smell like pee and weed with cigarettes and alcohol!!!

My two young sons and I didn’t stay here yesterday checked in and 15 minutes checked out the room smelled like Pee there were stains all over the chairs and couch and the bedding the hallway was filthy and dirty trash all over it and it smelled SO bad of weed and cigarettes

Stayed 2 nights 2 different rooms for basketball tournament. Had to plan for our team’s outcome.
