Positives:
Exceptional customer service!! I could not have asked for anything cleaner. The hotel was packed and you couldn't tell. It was quiet and always smelled clean!! The free breakfast is warm and inviting. Well put together and great choices.
Negatives:
The bed was a bit stiff for my liking but it was clean and the blanket was light and equally as warm on chilly nights. The LVP flooring is nice to have if you are traveling with pets, however it is not conducive for cold weather and bare feet.
The water pressure in the shower was quite weak. But the temperature was perfect.

The entire place is disgusting, dirty, old in a shady part of the neighborhood, bed platform is made of aluminum and made a loud noise everytime you get up. Water pressure lousy. Felt like I needed to wear a scuba suit because the place was that gross.

There was a strong odor in the 3rd floor hallway and the room until we sprayed it with air freshener. The room didn't match the picture on the web page. We were expecting a Jacuzzi room The breakfast was terrible. They had old reheated boiled eggs on both mornings and they ran out of bacon the first day and sausages on the second day, the bananas were old and the muffins looked like something had eaten off a couple.
. The bed was too uncomfortable, you could feel the spring. There was no washer and dryer as advertised in the room. The window curtains were torn.
