Positives:
The pool was wonderful and the staff were nice and friendly. It was a good location for what we needed. I liked that I could text the valet to bring our car around.
Negatives:
Wish parking didn't cost so much but having valet parking was handy with a 1 year old. Also my husband wished they had a hot tub

The property was pretty and in a nice location
Negatives:
I hated that they charged $38 a night for parking. I told myself, well it’s Richmond so I begrudgingly let it slide.
But the $10-$15 they wanted a DAY for WiFi blew my mind. I have never had to pay for WiFi at cheaper hotels and even motels.
I also wished they had a continental breakfast, but it was the WiFi charge that bothered me the most. On top of what we paid to stay there, I couldn’t believe they would nickel and dime you so badly.
The room was nice but very small and the bathroom hadn’t been cleaned very well.
Next time I will choose another location.
