There is a charge for $20 that should not be there. I ate breakfast but that was included in with my room at no extra cost. I did not take or use anything from the room. Why are I being charged an additional $20?

The staff was telling me about my room floor in a wispier. I hardly able to hear but he said is security purpose. Never experience like this in the past. Is the area that bad?!

Very disappointed in this Marriott property. I expected more.
Positives:
Comfortable beds, nice large size suites, kind helpful staff, convenient to interstate. I slept very well and my pets were happy there.
Negatives:
The breakfast is very lacking. Had some weird grit sausage slop instead of scrambled eggs like most places. Sad they had no waffle or pancakes. At least the oatmeal bar was well equipped.
