I like the location and the fact that it was clean and everyone was nice. Beds were very comfortable. The only thing that I didn’t like was that I was put in a room at the front of the hotel on the first floor and it was kind of noisy at night with the traffic so close by. Next time I will ask him to put me on the backside of the hotel.

Location to the mall & airport- great

I was assured I would have a shuttle to & from the airport. On the day I returned, there was no shuttle. I was left at the airport, seeking a mode of transportation back to the hotel.
I begged a shuttle driver from HAMPTON INN to bring me to COMFORT INN. Thank goodness he did.
Additionally, I paid $50 to have my car parked at COMFORT INN while I was gone for a week. I didn't expect to have to pay that & not been compensated for having to find my way back from the airport.
I will Not choose this hotel again. Unreliable
