LINENS HADN'T BEEN CHANGED! LOT OF HAIR IN BED FROM PREVIOUS GUEST! SHOWER HEAD FELL OFF DURING SHOWER! INTERNET DIDN?T WORK! WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER. I WANT A REFUND!

Close to the main highway. Gentleman in the morning seemed pleasant and smiled when I went to him for checkout. Seemed welcoming to a guest.
Negatives:
The lady who checked us in around 7 pm seemed like she didn't want to be there. Never mad eye contact. Wasn't welcoming. In the first room she gave us, the toilet was broken and wouldn't flush immediately entering. In the second room, the carpet smelled muggy. Breakfast was very small, with limited options compared to other Days Inn we've been to. Big sign "don't bring food back to your room," which would be fine if we didn't have an elderly man who couldn't go down there.

Wished we had scrambled eggs and bacon. Sausage and fake eggs have been the norm in many of these hotels. Sorry to sound unappreciative. But you asked.

Handicap room still had a tub not shower. Only one grab bar in tub which looked dirty. A shower chair provided but too large for tub especially since toilet was next to tub. Poor handicap accommodation. Door didn’t shut tight which allowed traffic noise from interstate. Shampoo bottle left from previous occupant and not restocked.
