We love the balconies looking over downtown Roanoke and the staff at this hotel is impeccable.

The location was great and the night front desk gentleman was nice.
Negatives:
The room was dirty….. more specific, there were brown stains on the walls I. The bathroom, and a dark liquid that was running down the baseboards behind the nightstand and hair in the bed.
