I’m requesting a full refund. The only reason why I booked was for the pool. I called the location before arriving asking about the pool and was everything functioning properly they informed me it was, when we arrived and checked in and we were entering the pool area it was soo cold couldn’t stay in there more then 10 minutes. Total disappointment the only thing my 5 year old wanted for his birthday was to swim and was unable to do so. Very disappointed would like a full refund
