The hotel was nice and clean and the staff was very helpful.

The bathroom in the pool area needed som repair. The door would not open or close properly.

The breakfast was hot and plentiful, and the location was superb. The hotel is showing its age, but the staff did a fantastic job in upkeep and everything was clean.

I had to get new key cards every day as the ones before kept getting deactivated.

The first time we stayed on the 20th, the front desk was very curteous and friendly. The second time, not as much. If 4 people are staying in the room, I would think you should have 4 sets of towels, not 3.

Unable to contact shuttle from airport, rented a car, No soap in the room. had to ask twice to get soap. Wanted a receipt at checkout and was told no problem, When checked out was advised receipt would come via email.

Holes in fitted sheet. Garbage not removed (it was overflowing). Black out curtain didnt close properly (curled backwards) so had to find objects to lean against them to keep the bright lights out at night. And although message in bathroom said front desk had complimentary toiletries for anything forgotten, they did not have toothpaste that I needed.

I expect a lot better of Hampton Inn. No excuse for garbage not being removed.

The room was suitable for a comfortable night stay. Nice bedding, hot shower, breakfast, and tv. The room was spacious and secure.
Negatives:
There wasn't any hand soap in the bathroom, only a small refillable body wash on the sink counter. Also, the soap was a bit difficult to dispense in the shower.

The staff was very friendly, the large room was clean, check-in and check-out were a breeze. The hotel is located near restaurants and shopping if needed.
Negatives:
No bar soap in room and the towels are a little skimpy.
