The people... I met the head of house keeping and she asked me how was my stay and was there anything I needed... this is very rare and very much appreciated. I told her I was always happy there with no problems attesting to her management. Kudos

The people at the front desk and who do service work. Hotel employee's are special people who I see often and always are professional and helpful! Kudos!

Newly decorated rooms were nice.The accomidations were good.

The amenities were below par. The entire hotel is undergoing renovation. There was no pool, the phone didnt work, there was no remote for the tv, local channels were not available, the food was terrible in the in house restaurant and the menu was not big.

Currently under extensive construction. Long walks to room and my vehicle outside. Pool closed. Very odd check-in area at a table. Staff fumbled to get me checked in but courteous. Bar took 17min to find a wine bottle opener to pour me a glass of wine.

Very friendly staff. Very pretty employee Summer at the front desk was very helpful and friendly. Helped me navigate my wifi issues and find the restaurant so I wouldn't need to go back out then checked up on me to make sure everything was going well.
Negatives:
A lot of construction. Hotel was a little difficult to navigate, it's big. Though Summer helped me find my way around so it all worked out.

Its a good property. Restaurant wasnt too attractive and seemed to have no customers.
Negatives:
A major renovation was in progress and this was not disclosed prior to booking. Very questionable whether it should remain open during this construction work. There was some noise and, presumably, air quality issues.
Positives:
The check in clerk was wonderful. It's getting renovated, so some areas are a little messy looking, but that's to be expected when renovations are occuring. The room was gorgeous.
