The staff was friendly, however, I was traveling on business and wanted a printed receipt I asked at check in if there would be someone at the front desk early in the morning to provide a printed receipt. I was told someone would be there but no one was. The desk attendant was also running the shuttle service. He arrived minutes before my uber and was not able to provide the receipt.
Negatives:
There was a bug in my room, when I was moved to a different room I came back from dinner to find a bug on the door of my new room. I was extremely uncomfortable and concerned by seeing two bugs in the hotel /

Positives:
The property was clean & tidy. I arrived in the evening and the housekeeping staff were visibly working. I liked the size of the room and the bed was comfortable. The location of the property was just off the highway and within walking distance from multiple restaurants.
Negatives:
I would have preferred that they had a restaurant & bar on the premises. My negatives were the HVAC, too noisy and did not work well (room remained chilly although I had the temp on high hot), the lighting in the bathroom, dim to dark with the switch on until you closed the door and you were afforded medium lighting and finally, the housekeeping staff were extremely loud. I was able to hear their conversations and when they entered & exited the rooms. A little annoying the last couple of hours before getting ready for check out.
