It was clean, staff were friendly. They just kept getting mad at my kids for taking peppermints out of the office, but for what we pay they should just have a bag in each room, lol. Seriously though.

The juice on the breakfast buffet were outdated or fake. They all tasted like water.

We were in Roanoke for a family hospital emergency. Searched for places near the hospital since we were unfamiliar with the area. The price seemed reasonable and the driving was a short distance.

When you opened the door the deodorizing spray was overpowering. The carpet seemed to be dirty but with the poor lighting we couldn't be sure so we kept socks on to not walk barefoot on the carpet Behind the door in the bathroom was trash, hair and dirt. There was mold around the shower. The floor was sticky in the bathroom also. Very disappointed in the room
