The rooms need upgrade. Old wood frames, dusty, chair needs to be replaced, and the sink faucet looks old/rusty.

The location was good and the woman that checked us in was professional and kind.

The bed and pillows are extremely hard and people were very noisy. People were talking loud outside the window at 4 in the morning. The people beside us were loud until they went to bed. There was low occupancy, not sure why they would put people next to each other like that.

It served its purpose. The location was good. It was a safe place to sleep in the middle of a long trip.

It definitely could have been cleaner. It wasn't terrible, I've seen way worse. But the bottom of the shower was broken, the bathroom door didnt shut all the way and there was half a role of toilet paper.

Easy check in process. They put us in a room near a door so I could walk my dog. Area had gas stations, restaurants nearby and close to highway access.

I liked the location of the hotel.

The doors on the hotel were not secure. You could pull the doors open and walk in. The rooms were dirty and floors still had dirt on them from the previous people. The walls had holes and paint was messed up. The reception lady was rude. I definitely don’t recommend staying at this hotel.

The room was good, the bathroom was a little outdated. Everything was clean. Breakfast was not very good and you had to wait a long time to make a waffle. The eating area was small, so for a family it was hard to sit together when two other families were already seated.

The name of the hotel was not the same as what I booked online. I booked the Country Suites. It was very confusing! It was TOO FAR off of the interstate and out of our way by 12 min.
