Positives:
I really liked the arrangement and decor of the lobby/breakfast/ lounge area. The extras like the hydration station and hot tea available anytime were great. We also felt that our dog was welcome. The day before check-in, we made a request of the staff to see if we could park our travel trailer in the parking lot. The question was answered promptly in the affirmative. Thanks!

Never felt more unwelcome entering a hotel, room was dirty in all aspects, no atmosphere, blood stains in bathroom and walls, floors were filthy, ice machine down, put across the hall from a barking dog, no microwave in room, I was humiliated that I took my sister there for an overnight...Worst example of a Hilton and I trusted the name.

This time for some reason, our reservations were not in order. So check in was less than optimal. But I think that the problem may have been with the booking company.

Did not stay at this hotel. Way in advance tried to reschedule for Sat-Mon due to scheduling conflict instead of Fri-Mon. Booking.com took upon themselves to schedule for Fri-Sun. Don't know where they got those days. We tried to correct it and Booking said there are no rooms available and called hotel they said they plenty of rooms, but they couldn't see our reservation. Booking couldn't connect to hotel and hotel couldn't find our reservation. We cancelled reservation through Booking and they charged us for the hotel anyway. Terrible customer service.

Everything was great in the common areas, there were helpful suggestions of what to do in the area in the hallways and room was cute.
Negatives:
Only negative was some towels were stained, and one with a cigarette burn but that wad minor.
