We were there 4 nights and did not have room service but once. That was frustrating but I believe they had no staff or minutes staff due to the Holiday

The toilet was a little too low for me in that particular room.

The towels were dirty and stained . I am not sure if they were not washed but the hotel needs to just donate them and buy new towels. We stayed twice during our travels and both times the towels were dirty and stained.
