I reserved the room for the night & when I get there to check in it was going to cost me extra because of a deposit& pet. It doesn't state that anywhere so needless to say I couldn't stay because I didn't have the extra money not to mention I'm homeless. I was very upset because I lost my money but the next day it was refunded back to me

The male staff that night acted like he did not want to put anything in my hand, so he kept putting everything on the counter even though I had my hand out for my stuff. Then, they overcharge my card, and the hotel is nasty.

Facilities were clean, memory foam bed was very comfortable, all the plumbing worked as it should, the TV and remote control worked well.
The clerk at check in was friendly and courteous.

HVAC unit was a window unit. The room temperature was fine but I would have liked a little air movement. I tried turning on just the fan, but the a.c. came on and it was too loud. Also, the heat switch was missing. I was lucky I didn't need heat or a.c.

My wife and her sister were to stay at this hotel. They got there before 6 pm and were told the room wasn’t ready. By then it was too late to cancel. That’s when they were told the room was on the third floor and there was no elevator. They were not capable of carrying their belongings up by themselves. They were not offered help. That’s when they were told they could cancel their stay. They had no choice but to cancel. Now I come to find out they charged me for the room and denied the refund. I think they did this on purpose. Please check their history.
