None was at front desk when I got there. I waited for 20 to 30 mins because he was on an airport run.
This is unacceptable…I need to go to the bathroom & do bed after traveling nearly 10 hrs. The staff was very hard working…but still they are overworked.
BW needs to shell out enough cash to make sure someone is always available at front desk.
My shower was also very luck warm!
Staff in the morning was also lovely & hard working, but stressed because of how much you over work them.
