Clean comfortable motel. Staff very friendly and accommodating. Quiet.

Beds were a little hard, not my preference.

They did move us into two different rooms, due to myself getting bite from a bed bug, and in the third room last nite their was bed bug crawling on that bed as well. Overall we did not get good nite sleep for two nights in a row. Highly upset.

CONS: Kind of sketchy, rooms "old", kinda dingy. 1 of 2 elevators dont work. Everything is "Temporarily Out of Order". Not worth the price compared to the competition next door.

Unfortunately there was a bug in the bathroom when I checked in. This may freak some people out. I was able to remove it but definitely wish it wasnt there.

A lot of hotels offer all day free coffee, but this one offered that AND free orange, apple, or cranberry juice. I appreciated that. Sometimes you don't want a hot beverage. The free all day juice allowed me to save money with the food I had delivered.
Negatives:
The location. It was a few miles outside the city limits of Richmond, but definitely not hard to find. It's great if you were flying in, because it's directly next to the airport. I did feel safe with the immediate surrounding area.

It was very close to the RCI airport and walking distant to a few restaurants. The airport shuttle was great for our early morning departure and last flight in arrival. The long term car parking was perfect. The hotel was clean and had a good breakfast

The door closest to the elevator was broken and you could use it to get from parking lot inside. That caused us a lot longer walk to carry our luggage to our room. We were told we would have a breakfast box in the morning since we had an early flight. It
