We had driven 12 hours and needed to stop to sleep. The room was great, because the couch came out onto a bed and that made it so me, and both my daughters, all had our own bed. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was included which made it even better! Highly recommend this hotel!

The breakfast was the best I ever had, those cooks did a phenomenal job. That was the ONLY PART of our stay that we enjoyed.

The beds were very uncomfortable, we were in room 320 water marks near the ac, ants all in the bathroom & the pullout mattress was not clean

Staff on duty that night was so rude. I asked for 2 towels and she rudely said, " are you going to put it on the floor?!" I was like no, theres 4 of us and we only have 3 in room.
She did give it to me but not without being so rude and she argued with my husband about it as well, and said " what's your room #? And my husband said whats ur name and she said " no ! I wont give you my name since you dont want to give me your room number! " so rude and mean and hateful. Never had an experience like that with a customer service personnel .

staff was on private phone call during check in, complaining about having too much to do. She then disappeared with a customer for about 3 minutes while 3 others where waiting to get checked in. Staff was easily distracted, not forthcoming, looked like she didn't want to work there..
