The location was great, other than the massive amounts of construction right outside.
Negatives:
The room smelled horribly of mold/mildew. The carpets were wet, there was obvious water damage on the flooring in multiple spaces, and the people above my room were so incredibly loud (stomping around well past midnight). I got a horrible sinus cold from sleeping there overnight (congestion, runny nose, cough, sneezing, etc) - that immediately began giving relief once I left the property. My daughter had the same symptoms.
